  Scholarship Sunday: Join us June 2nd as we recognize and present the Lamotte and Hupp Scholarships to graduating seniors.
• Help Needed

  Help Needed:  Very strong volunteers to remove carpet at the parsonage. Choice of Saturday, June 22 or Sunday, June 23. Please call the church office if you can help, and the date that works best for you.
• UMM Pie Auction

  UMM PIE AUCTION: The United Methodist Men's 5th Annual Pie Auction is Sunday, June 9th, after first service. Sign-up sheet to donate pies or cheesecakes is in the church narthex. Please bake, plan to attend, and bid. It's always a lot of fun. All proceeds go to help church youth programs.  Thank you, UMM.
• Classic Car Show

  IT'S BACK!!! The United Methodist Mens Father's Day Classic Car Show is Sunday, June 16th, from 8am to 11am, in the church parking lot. Watch for more details in upcoming bulletins or contact Chris Bennett.
• Welcoming Reception

  WELCOMING RECEPTION: Join us July 7th between services to welcome Pastor Dave Swinton and wife Shari to their new church.
• Needles and Yarn Prayer Shawls

  JOIN THE GROUP – Needles and Yarn Prayer Shawl ministry meets the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of the month at 1:30 pm in the community room at the Regency. Anyone wanting to be a part of this ministry feel invited to be there. Yarn is provided and needles if needed.
• Family Nest

  Youth & Shelter Services (YSS) has a new program that is meeting at Boone First UMC the 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month from 5:30-7:00 pm. FAMILY NEST is a free community-based program that promotes healthy behaviors during pregnancy and infancy by providing education and incentives. They attend teaching meetings to earn points then redeem their points for necessary items such as; clothes, diapers, baby blankets, baby clothes, etc.
• Fresh Brewed News

  CHECK IT OUT!! – Take home a copy of FRESH BREWED NEWS for more church information and activities. You will find one on the office window, on the table by the sanctuary doors and on tables in Fellowship Hall.
• Ushering

  USHERING – If this is an area that you enjoy serving and would like to help on a regular basis, please come talk to us. We are looking for those who might like to USHER each month...say...every 2nd Sunday, or every

  4th Sunday. We already have two gentlemen who do the 1st Sunday of each month. You choose, that way you know exactly when it’s your turn to help with this important part of the 9:00am Worship Service. And, it helps us to fill those spots without having to make numerous phone calls. Thank you for your consideration.
